WHAT COVID PRECAUTIONS DO YOU HAVE IN PLACE?
Covid is actually the main driving force behind moving completely on-location. By working with individual clients in entirely controlled environments, I have much more control over contact, social distancing, and sanitation control. I am BARBICIDE Certified specifically for Covid-19 sanitation, and all of my equipment and tools follow strict sanitation guidelines. We don’t mess around at SHG!

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
Pretty much any common payment methods are accepted. Cash, Credit/Debit, Venmo, Zelle, or check.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK? DO YOU TAKE LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENTS?
About a week or so in advance is amazing, but I always try to work scheduling magic when I can! Like the Hermione Granger of time.
NOW LETS TALK…
HAIR+MAKEUP
PREP: Clean, hydrated skin and dry hair is always best. While updos like to have a little grit, down styles tend to prefer a little cleaner hair to start. As a good rule of thumb, one day old hair is a great baseline. That said, you know your hair, scalp and oil levels, so adjust accordingly.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE: 45-60 minutes for most styles. Princess mermaid hair and/or extensions can add around 30 minutes depending on length and thickness. The same goes for mega glam.
PRODUCT: Its a major priority that you leave me with just as gorgeous and healthy skin and hair as you came with, so I only use high performing, professional products (with plenty of heat protectant!).
TAN
PREP: Exfoliated skin, free of lotions, perfume or deodorant will always give you the best, longest lasting tan. Make sure to wear or have handy loose fitting, dark clothing to wear after for a couple hours.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE: You’re in and out in about 20 minutes!
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST: A properly prepped and well taken care of (hydrated, and no crazy exfoliants) tan will last 7-10 days
WHAT DO I WEAR: Tan however you are comfortable! Keeping in mind, what you tan in, will leave tan lines.
PRODUCT: When choosing which tan line to use on my babes, I just chose my all time favorite line to use as a client myself! MINETAN has outstanding customizable color, undertone, hydrating and sport bases, to truly create the perfect formula for everyone. If you love your color and like to use an at-home mousse between sprays, MINETAN mousses (also my all time fave) are carried too!
BROWS+LASHES
PREP: Pretty pretty please come with clean and makeup free brows/lashes. Avoid any intense exfoliation, chemical services or sun exposure/burns for a few days prior.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE: laminations/lifts+tint take 45-60 minutes, where individual services take around 30 each.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST: Tints and laminations/lifts will slowly fade out, the same way that your regular hair colors or treatments will. Depending on your facial products and specific hair type, your perf model brows and lashes will last 2-4 weeks.

FACIALS
PREP: Just like brows, and makeup, pleaseeee come ready clean, makeup free skin.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE: Depending on the facial, appointments take 45-90 minutes
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT FACIALS? I currently offer Microneedling, Dermaplaning, Chem Peels and your classic soothing facial.
PRODUCT: Like everything else that I use, it was majorlllly important to choose skincare lines that are:
1- effective, but sensitive skin safe
2- transparent with formulations and ingredients
3- ethical in business
With this in mind, I use a blend of Eminence, Bioelements, and Skinbetter.
